Led by Harry Anagnostaras-Adams, the management team has extensive experience of minerals projects and includes:

• Mr Ron Cunneen, Group Head of Exploration, has been an exploration and mine geologist for the past 20 years. He has previously worked for Renison Goldfields, Gympie Gold and its associate D'Aguilar Gold.
  
• Dr Demetrios Constantinides, Group Head of External Relations, is a Cypriot citizen based in Nicosia. He has 31 years experience in mineral exploration and mineral economics including senior roles in European Union Projects, Director for Public Relations and International Affairs for the Institute of Geology and Mineral Exploration in Greece (IGME).
  
• Mr William Enrico, Group Chief Operating Officer, has extensive experience as a senior executive of copper smelting, concentrating and mining operations in South America, North America and Europe. He is now based in Rio Tinto and will lead the establishment there of the group's operating base.
  
• Mr Lakis Katsamas, Group Financial Controller, is a Greek citizen based in Nicosia. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant with eight years experience in senior financial positions internationally.
  
• Mr Dereck Guilfoyle, Drilling Manager, is an Australian Citizen based in Nicosia. He has over 25 years experience in managing drilling teams and in overseeing occupational health and safety systems and practices.
  
• Dr Nicos Adamides, Exploration Project Manager - Cyprus, has 30 years' experience of field work in mine geology, exploration and database construction in Australia and especially in Cyprus.
  
• Mr John Ingram, Project Geologist - Rio Tinto Mine, Spain, has worked as both a mine geologist and an exploration geologist in Australia and South America.
